Lara Joh IT Services Inc. ("LRJ", "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information this website collects, why, and the choices you have. It follows the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect
- When you submit the contact form: your name, organization, email, and optionally your job title and phone; your preferred contact method and time, staff count, organization type and region; the services you're interested in; your message; any funding-checker answers you choose to include; and whether you ticked the separate marketing-consent box.
- Analytics: when enabled, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity record how pages are used (pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location, and interactions such as clicks and scrolling). They use cookies or similar technologies. Form fields are masked from Clarity's session recordings, and form contents are never sent to analytics.
The compliance filter and funding eligibility checker run entirely in your browser. Their answers are not stored or sent to us unless you add them to the contact form and submit it.
Why we use it
- To answer your request and arrange an assessment or discovery call.
- To send you news, deadline reminders and offers, only if you ticked the optional consent box. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To understand and improve how the website is used.
Where it goes
Contact form submissions are delivered through Microsoft Azure services hosted in Canada. Analytics data is processed by Google and Microsoft under their own privacy policies and may be stored outside Canada. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep contact requests for as long as needed to respond and to maintain our business relationship, and as required by law. Marketing consent records are kept for as long as we email you and for a period afterwards to show the consent was given.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, withdraw marketing consent, or ask us to delete your contact request where the law allows. Write to info@lrjsolutions.ca. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
