What changes at 50 staff (AODA)
- Public websites must meet WCAG 2.0 Level AA
- Written accessibility policies, and a multi-year plan posted online and reviewed every 5 years
- Training records
- Documented individual accommodation plans and a return-to-work process
- Compliance report due December 31, 2026
