Check your options- FedDev RAII: AI Adoption
The main route: $125,000 to $5 million at up to 50% of costs, repayable, so plan for projects of about $250,000 or more, often combining data, AI, training and cloud work. RAII says eligibility goes beyond buying commonly available AI tools; a private build fits that.
